By accessing or using the GEO Insights API service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GEO Insights provides an API service that monitors brand visibility and content appearance across Chinese AI platforms. The Service allows you to submit queries and receive data about how brands, products, or topics appear in responses from supported AI platforms.

3. API Usage

• You must authenticate all API requests with a valid API key.
• You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential.
• API usage is subject to rate limits as defined in your subscription plan.
• Each API call consumes credits from your account balance or subscription quota.
• Results are provided on a best-effort basis and may vary based on AI platform availability.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any applicable laws.
• Submit queries containing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying infrastructure of the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization.
• Use automated means to abuse or overload the Service beyond reasonable usage patterns.
• Use the Service to monitor competitors' proprietary data in violation of their rights.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is as published on our website or API marketplace listing at the time of use.
• Payment is processed through our authorized payment processors (RapidAPI or our billing gateway).
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Unused credits or subscription quotas expire at the end of the billing period and are not carried over unless otherwise stated.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the Service has not been used or if there is a technical failure on our end. To request a refund, please contact us at support@geotoolhub.com.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including AI platform availability and network conditions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8. Data and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the queries you submit to the Service.
• You may use the results returned by the Service for your business purposes.
• You agree not to represent the data as being generated by your own systems.
• The GEO Insights brand, website, and underlying technology are our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, any unused credits are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
